In the workshop the participants learn how to recognise and deal with stressful circumstances and, through exercises, how to handle them more effectively. You will learn more about your own reaction patterns and how to regulate stress.
Participants learn to regulate their breathing and to focus. You will learn more about your own reaction patterns. This is especially important during a crisis situation, resuscitation and life saving procedures. Then it’s important to keep a cool head and be aware of your own emotions, to follow the protocol and to improve your fine motor skills.
An ice bath is optional.
