LEADERSHIP TRAINING IN TIMES OF CHAOS

In times of chaos and confusion you are thrown back on yourself and each other. Currently, hundreds of thousands of people are stressed by an uncertain economic outlook. An uncertain future, unemployment, loss of income, increasing isolation, concerns about the health of loved ones and yourself cause great tensions. Social relations are under great pressure. Mental distress, aggression and street violence are increasing.
How can you anticipate and deal with this as an individual and as a team? To enable you to decisively deal with the rapidly changing reality, you will learn to apply basic principles and skills in simulation training, such as leadership, stress regulation, emergency communication, medical assistance, orientation, survival and cooperation.
Scenario training:
- a 48 hours scenario;
- critical infrastructure failure;
- no (emergency) communication;
- Citizens in need
Target audiences:
(H)OVD, COPI, MT, QRT, diving teams, fire brigade teams, GHOR, the military forces, International sea rescue organisations, BRIGADE, police and other law enforcement, other managers
